Seasons

Low Season: 15/6/11 to 16/9/11, 10/10/11 to 9/12/11, 1/2/12 to 30/3/12, 23/4/12 to 1/6/12, 12/6/12 to 21/9/12

Holiday Season: 17/9/11 to 9/10/12, 10/12/11 to 23/12/11, 16/1/12 to 31/1/12, 31/3/12 to 22/4/12, 2/6/12 to 11/6/12

Peak Season: 24/12/11 to 15/1/12

• Extra persons $25 per night, per person (1 extra only in 2 bedroom apartment or 2 bedroom villa)
• Tariff subject to alteration without notice
• Rates expressed in Australian dollars
• Cancellation Policy – Outside 30 days of arrival you will receive your deposit less a $50 handling fee. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival the deposit will be forfeited unless the booking is resold in its entirety. All cancellations must be in writing.
